A former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka today lost the suit he filed against the Inspector General Of Police.
The case of Rev Paul Emeka v. IGP in suit No FHC/En/Cs/64/2017 was today struck out by the Judge handling the case
It was gathered that his counsel applied to discontinue the matter base on the weight of the defence processes presented by the Lawyer Representing Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
It will be recalled that Paul Emeka had sued the Inspector General Of Police provided Security for Assemblies Of God Nigeria to take over its Secretariat.
