Justice A O Onum of the Markurdi High Court 2 sitting in Markurdi the Benue State Capital has ordered Rev Mnyim Andrew,former Markurdi District Superintendent and a Core Loyalist of Rev Paul Emeka a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria to vacate the Church District House and all Assemblies Of God Properties within 7 Days.
The Judge Tuesday Afternoon ruled that the Continous Occupation of Markurdi District House by Mnyim Andrew after the February 24th Supreme Court Judgement which affirmed Paul Emeka’s Sack is a Fragrant Disobedience of the Highest Court of the Land.
The Order was sequel to a case brought in SUIT NO MHC/193/2017 against Rev Andrew Mnyim,Rev James Abur,Rev Genesis Aleje,Rev Lawrence Asika nd Rev Mathew Igwe by the Registered Trustees of the Assemblies Of God Nigeria over his continues Occupation of the Markurdi District House and Properties belonging to Assemblies Of God Nigeria even after the Supreme Court of Nigeria in a uniamouse Judgement affirmed the sack of Rev Paul Emeka a Former General Superintendent of the Church.
The Court ordered Rev Mnyim Andrew and all Loyalist of Paul Emeka to Pack out from the Church Property within 7 Days of this Judgement or be committed to Prison after 7 Days.
Rev Sunday Igbokwe,the Markurdi District Superintendent loyal to Assemblies Of God Nigeria led by Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor is expected to resume his Official Duties at the Markurdi District House
