Pete Edochie’s son, Yul, announces plan to contest in Anambra guber election

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has declared his intention to contest in the 2017 governorship election in Anambra state. 

The 34-year-old announced his intention to run for Anambra on his Instagram page on Friday, but did not indicate the political party he would be running on. 

Yul, who is the son of veteran actor Pete Edochie, shared his campaign poster. 

He studied Dramatic Arts at University of Port Harcourt, and he is the last of six children. 

He got married at the age of 22. 

Yul wrote, “My name is Yul Edochie. And I’m running for Governor of Anambra State. 2017. 

“We need a new brand of Leaders who will put the masses first. The older ones have failed us for too long… 

“They have come to THE LAST BUS STOP!!!”
