The Administrative Board of Channels Television yesterday night made a u-turn despite having Mr Lvingstone Wechie,Executive Director of the Integrity Group who recently revealed that the Rivers State Government forged all documents used in accusing Amaechi of corruption on its schedule for Politics Today hosted by Seun Akimbaloye.
Yesterday after Mr Livingtone Wechie had asked his Followers on Facebook to join him on Channels Television by 7pm on Politics Today by Seun Akimbaloye where he tends to make more shocking revelation on how the Rivers State Government led by Governor Nyesom Wike forged the documents used in fighting Former Governor Chibuike Amaechi.
“Join me (Livingstone Wechie) live tonight by 7pm on Channels TV program: Politics Today with Seun Akimbaloye” Mr Wechie had posted on his Facebook Platforms.
But his Post did not go down well with agents of the Rivers State Government who quickly alerted Governor Nyesom Wike over the development.
PUO REPORTS Gathered that the Rivers State Government threatened Channels Television with a Billion Naira Suit and cancellation of a Retainership agreement between Channels Television and the Rivers State Government which has existed for the past one Year.
The threat however caused Channels Television to cancel the schedule with Mr Wechie
