In line with the yesterdays curfew placed in Aba the Enyimba City by the Abia State government Abia 5 👉 Point Agenda who monitored the movement of people today reports that as early as three minutes past 6 o’clock in the morning residents of the city have started going about their normal business.
For instance at the Aba main motor park, it was a beehive of activities as commuters were busy going about their businesses.
It is same at the Ogbor Hill area, Azikiwe, Ngwa Rd, Faulks, Aba-Owerri, Abayi and other parts of the City.
Civil servants were not left out as they were seen doing their normal duties.
Normal business activities were recorded at the banks, markets, hospitals and filling stations amongst other areas.
Security agents were also performing their statutory duties of protecting lives and property of residents peacefully.

Residents say the curfew is a welcome development so as to check excess.
It would be recalled that the Abia State government yesterday in its bid to protect the live and properties of its citizens and others raiding and doing businesses within the geographical entity Abia State advised Aba residents to observe a curfew from 6Pm in the evening to 6 o’clock in the evening for three dsys.
The curfew which started yesterday Tuesday September 12, 2017 will last for three days.
The action is as a result of of the situation were Abia State has been the focus of security searchlight occasioned by the reported skirmish between some groups in the state, especially the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) with men of the Nigerian Army.
