An Enugu High Court this morning Struck out the case Instituted by a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka against the Leadership of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
Paul Emeka had filed the new suit claiming to be General be General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria despite loosing at the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017.
His Lawyers conceded to the grounds of preliminary objection raised by Assemblies of God Nigeria Lawyers that the suit is abuse of Court Process and that the Court lacks Jurisdiction to hear a case that has been decided by the supreme Court.
The Judged struck out the case and awarded a cost of 30,000 against Paul Emeka
