A Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka has withdrawn the suit he filed against some BANKS being Operated by Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
Paul Emeka had sued United Bank For Africa(UBA)Dioman Bank,Fidelity Bank among others praying the Court to order the banks not to allow the Leadership of Assemblies Of God Nigeria have access to the Funds in the Accounts.
The Suit was filed before Justice Anthony Onovo,the Enugu Federal High Court Judge who gave him a kangaroo Judgement in 2014.
A source at Justice Anthony Onovo Court told PUO REPORTS on Friday that Paul Emeka withdrew the suit saying he was ready for Peace to Reign.
But Findings by PUO REPORTS revealed that after withdrawing the suit from Justice Onovo’s Court,Paul Emeka went and filed the same suit in another Court.
As it stands no Judge in Enugu is ready to deliver Judgement on the case because the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017 has laid to rest the issues regarding the Claims by Emeka over his Suspension.
