The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the Department of State Services permission to detain over 400 Boko Haram suspects at the Kainji Detention Camp for an additional 90 days, which will expire on April 10, 2018.

The court, however, ordered the DSS to produce four other suspected Boko Haram leaders before it on April 10.

Justice Babatunde Quadiri asked the DSS to move the four persons from the Kainji Detention Camp to the DSS facility in Abuja.

The four suspected terrorists are Mohammed Goni, Mohammed Mahji, Umar Ahmadu Ladan and Abubakar Mohammed Musa.

They were found culpable during the screening and deradicalisation exercise carried out by the court in the Kainji Detention Camp and were recommend for arraignment before a proper court of justice.
