A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers Mr Ogenma Obinna Ogenma has been paraded in the Street for Raping a 10Year in the Area.
PUO METRO gathered that the said Ogenma, a native of Ikata Community is also the Chairman of the Parents Teachers Association(P.T.A) for Government Girls Secondary School (GGSS) Ahoada and a Level 14 Officer at the Rivers State Local Government Service Commission.
It was gathered that the All Progressive Congress Chieftain who is also a Publicity Secretary of the Party in the Area had been raping little Children until his antics was busted following the raping of a 10Year Old Girl today.
As of the time of filing in this Report the Suspect has been handed over to the Ahoada Division of the Nigerian Police.
