The supreme court of Nigeria will today being 13th April, 2018 deliver judgment on the apeal filed by Sir Friday Nwosu against the judgment of the trial courts.
The five man panel of judges chaired by justice Olabode Rhodes Vivour had on 17th january, 2018 during the hearing of the matter, fixed April 13th, 2018 (being today), for judgment.
