A Portharcourt High Court has barred the Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress(APC)from conducting the Saturdays Congress of the Party in the State.
The Court Order is coming after hours of the Party Leadership in Rivers State refused issuing forms to aspirants into Various Positions of the Party after payment of nomination Fee.
