Corporate Affairs Commission Ask Court To Dismiss Paul Emeka’s Suit against Assemblies Of God

The Corporate affairs Commission has asked the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court to Dismiss the suit filed against the Assemblies Of God Nigeria by Dismissed Former Leader Rev Paul Emeka.

Paul Emeka,a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria had  in Suit No.FCH/ABJ/CS/583 between Rev Paul Emeka,the Corporate Affairs and the Registered Trustees of Assemblies of God Nigeria sought an order declaring the removal of Rev Paul Emeka as a Trustee of Assemblies Of God Nigeria as Illegal.

But the Corporate Affairs Commission through its Lawyer Faisal Mahmud ask the court to dismiss the suit by Rev Paul Emeka for lacking Merit.

“It is submitted with utmost,that the plaintiff has not disclosed his locus standi or legal capacity to institute and maintain this case,and therefore lacks a good a good or reasonable cause of action,and this honourable court is consequently without the jurisdiction to hear and determine the issues put up for resolution or grant the reliefs sought by the plaintiff”

“The 1st and 2nd defendants have demonstrated in 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 of their counter affidavit to the originating summons,the circumstances for the removal of the plaintiff(Paul Emeka) as a Minister and Trustee of the 3rd Defendant(Assemblies Of God) in January 2015,he challenge his removal in sut No E/202M/2014 before the  Enugu State High Court and lost out”

“The Court of Appeal Enugu Division,upturned the decision in Appeal No.CA/E/10/2015.The Supreme Court affirmed the Decision of the Court of Appeal,effectively confirming the dismissal of the plaintiff as a Minister,Trustee and EXCO Member and his Suspension as a member of the 3rd Defendant”

When the matter came up today,Paul Emeka’s Lawyer Barr Clement Dike ran away from Court
