A Former General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka was Disgraced today by the Enugu Division of the Federal High Court.
Paul Emeka had through his Cronies :Daniel Amaugo among others asking the Court to grant them access to the National Secretariat of Assemblies Of God Nigeria In Enugu.
But the Court in a Resounding Judgement today in Enugu Dismissed the Suit and ruled that the Police was right and has the legal backing to assist Assemblies Of God Nigeria led by Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor to recover all its Properties from Paul Emeka.
All the Suits were Dismissed this Morning
