An Abuja High Court Today Dismissed the Suit filed by one Rev Ndukwe Ukwu a Former Assistant Pastor of Assemblies Of God Church Wuse Abuja.
The Suit which was filed on behalf of a Former General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka wanted the Court to among other things pay Monetary Damages to Rev Ndukwe over his Removal.
But the Court in its Ruling today Dismissed the Suit for Lacking in Merit as the Judge said the Judgement of the Supreme Court is Superior as far as Assemblies Of God is Concerned.
