Niger Delta Activist Ankio Briggs has said that Rivers State is being set up by Security agencies in the Country .
Briggs who was one of the guest of Channels Television Programme Sunrise Daily said the recent redeployment of the Assistant Commissioner of Police incharge of Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad(FSARS)in Rivers State Acp Akin Fakorede is a clear indication of the reality in Ground .
Reacting to the Reports of both the Independent National Electoral commission and the Nigeria Police Force on the National and State House of Assembly Rerun Elections in Rivers State,Briggs said anything that happen to Rivers State will affect the Niger Delta as a Whole
