Speaking during his defection on Saturday,the Lawmaker said he opted to speak out because the Government of Governor Nyesom Wike is Government of Deceit.
Manna said the same way he helped Governor to emerge the Rivers State Governor will be same way he will help him out from the seat come 2019.
