Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has no interest in selling the club, Sky Sports News understands.
It follows reports that an offer from British businessman Jim Ratcliffe to buy the club has been rejected.
Chelsea declined to comment on the reports.
Sky Sports reported last month the Russian billionaire remains fully committed to Chelsea despite the fact plans to redevelop Stamford Bridge have been put on hold.
