Contrary to the Propaganda and Lies Circulated yesterday by a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka through his Followers,Assemblies Of God Nigeria yesterday withdrawn the suit filed against the Former General Superintendent.
It was gathered that the suit was discontinued by the Legal Team of the General Council of Assemblies Of God Nigeria is to pave way for more Victories for the Church at the Courts in Enugu.
The Suit which was filed in Portharcourt when Enugu was volatile and under seige by Rev Paul Emeka and his thugs was to stop him from parading himself as the General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
It will be recalled that Since after the landmark Judgement of the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017,Assemblies Of God had experienced Judiciary open doors as Courts throws all the suit instituted by Rev Paul Emeka into the dustbin.
