Contrary to reports in some sections of the Media, the Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State Mr Moses Ekpo has not resigned his Position nor Defected to the All Progressives Congress(APC) PUO REPORTS has learnt.
A Source at the Deputy Governors Office said the Akwa Ibom Deputy Governor is currently in America where he is Representing the Akwa Ibom State Governor Elder Emmanuel Udom.
It was also gathered that the Deputy Governor Directed his name to be written among the Stakeholders of the State Government who reiterated their membership of the Peoples Democratic Party.
In the meantime, the Akwa Ibom State Government said it won’t respond to the rumored Defection of the Former Governor Senator Godswill Akpabio until the Senator Declares his Defection by himself.
