A Former Governor of Rivers State and current Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation Rt Hon Chibuike Amaechi is plotting to ensure the victory of the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike in the 2019 Governorship election in Rivers State.
Both Amaechi and Wike hails from the same ethnic group of Ikwerre which has held power for close to 16Years uninterrupted.
In 2015 When the Peoples Democratic Party rolled out Barr Nyesom Wike as its Governorship candidate,Amaechi anointed Dr Dakuku Peterside from Opobo instead of a Popular Senator Magnus Abe,just to pave way for Wike to win ,which eventually happened.
Ahead of the 2019 Governorship election in Rivers State,the Minister have anointed a Political neophyte and Billionaire Bussines Mogul Tonye Dele Cole as a sole Governorship candidate of the APC in a bid to pave way for Wike’s Victory.
