Ahead of 2019 General Election the All Progressive Congress in Rivers State today adopted indirect primaries for all its aspirants jostling for elective positions
After series of voting during the State Executive Committee meeting that was preside over by the State Chairman, Hon Ojukaye Flag Amachree, it resolved to adopt Indirect Primaries in Rivers State.
