The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai on Thursday September 27th Directed the Security Agencies to ensure smooth Return of the Theological Seminary of Northern Nigeri(TSNN) Saminaka,Camp Ground,Hospitals,Schools,Assemblies Of God Churches Locked by the State Government since 2015 back to the General Council of Assemblies Of God Nigeria led by Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor as General Superintendent
The Kaduna State Governor also warned that anyone who goes contrary to the his Direction will be dealt with by the Kaduna State Government as far as Assemblies Of God Nigeria Properties are concerned in the State.
The Governor who Addressed a meeting between the Registered Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria and a some faction of Pastor Dismissed alongside a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka said the Kaduna State Government has studied extensively the February 24th 2017 Judgement of the Supreme Court word-to-word and it was evidently clear that Rev Paul Emeka lost Totally at the Supreme Court.
El-Rufai said the Kaduna State Government being Satisfied with the Supreme Court Judgement,resolves to respect the judgement of the Highest Court of the Land.
He Directed the Security Agencies in the State to Smoothly lead the Registered Trustees of Assemblies Of God to take over and occupy all the seized Assemblies Of God Nigeria Properties in Kaduna State.
At the meeting,Rev Haruna Tutu the Saminaka District Superintendent and others Represented the Registered Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria while REV SIMON JiMOH and co Dismissed Pastors stood in for Rev Paul Emeka.
The Saminaka District Constituency is already at the Properties awaiting the Security agencies to full possess their Possession.
