Sounds suspected to be bomb blasts have been heard around around the D-Line axis of Port Harcourt.
The alleged bomb blasts sounded in a street close to Igbukwu, venue of the APC governorship primary and another close to the Ojukaya Flag-Amachree led exco secretariat of the APC near Garrison.
