The Speaker of the Abia State House Of Assembly Rt Hon Chikwendu Kalu has won the Peoples Democratic Party Ticket for Isialangwa South State Constituency.
Although the Primaries of the PDP for Isialangwa South was Cancelled Last night on a Controversial Circumstance by the Returning Officer Mr Bright Chinedu Ikeokwu.
The election was Subsequently Rescheduled to hold today.
