Imo State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress, APC, through a letter signed by its State Deputy Chairman, Mr Bisike Chinaka had petitioned the Hon Justice Othman Musa, the Judge handling the ongoing legal fireworks between Senator Hope Uzodinma, Uche Nwosu and others over the All Progressive Congress Imo governorship primaries alleging Judicial bias, misconduct and partiality. They want the Judge to be removed from the case.
It’s based on this the judge hands off by adjourning the matter sine die (indefinitely).
