The Rotimi Amaechi Faction of the Rivers State All Progressives Congress has lost again at the Court of Appeals as the Court ruled against the Faction.
Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt this morning strikes out motions filed by the Appellant /Applicant (Ojukaye/Amaechi) because it has been overtaking by events, following the ruling of the supreme court.
