Bende Agenda Organization said Its Attention has been Drawn to a meeting between Dr Chima Anyaso the Peoples Democratic Party Candidate for 2019 Bende Federal Constituency Seat and the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Abia North Senatorial District Dr Orji Uzor Kalu in Germany.
The Group reacting to A Statement Credited to Dr Chima Anyaso over the Reports, accused the Bussinessman Turned Politician of playing with the Sensibility OF Stakeholders in Bende Local Government Area.
Anyaso had while Reacting to the Statement said”
The purported news article which claimed that I was in Germany to visit Dr Orji Uzor Kalu could not be further from the truth.
I hereby state categorically that, my visit to Germany was in response to an invitation by the United States Military Base in Germany where I was honored with a Humanitarian Award and the activities that marked my visit were widely publicized in National Dailies.I did not visit Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu as that was not part of my itinerary.”
In a Statement made available to PUO REPORTS on Wednesday and signed by its Publicity Secretary Hon Okorie Ikechukwu ,the group warned the Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Ikpeazu to be careful with his Dealings with Mr Anyaso ahead of the 2019 Governorship Election in Abia State .
According to the Group, the Process for the meeting of Dr Orji Uzor Kalu and Mr Chima Anyaso started in Nigeria and was Initiated by the President Of Igbere Welfare Association Mr Uwakwe Okoronkwo.
“We warned the Peoples Democratic Party in Bende To be Careful with Mr Chima Anyaso when he was busy Releasing. MONEY in all Corners, but the Party didn’t take our Advice”
“As a Pro Peoples Democratic Party Group,, the Bende Agenda Organization cannot fold our hands and watch Anyaso lead the PDP to Failure in the February 2019 General Elections in Bende”
“The Claim of Mr Anyaso that he was in Germany for a Purported Award was just to Smoke out the Reality which was that he has entered a Secret deal with the All Progressives Congress in Bende to work against the Peoples Democratic Party in 2019”
“We wish to tell Bende People and the whole World that the President of Igbere Welfare Association Mr Uwakwe Okoronkwo was the one who Initiated the Process of that Meeting with Orji Uzor Kalu, According to him, Igbere should work together to Get the Bende Federal Constituency Seat and the Abia North Senatorial Seat come 2019”
The Group also accused Chima Anyaso of betraying the Trust of the Abia State Governor who Supported him. Against all odds to Controversially win the Bende PDP Ticket in October .
