The Factional Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Abia State Dr Uche Ogah has secured a kangaroo Court order against the ruling of a Federal High Court which ordered the All Progressives Congress to submit the name of Chief Ikechi Emenike as its Guber Candidate in Abia .
In a ruling delivered yesterday 6th December 2019 by Hon. Justice A. I. Chikere, the court issued an Order restraining Ikechi Emenike from claiming to be the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress.
Suprisingly the Ruling and Orders are of Cordinate Jurisdiction.
