The Senator representing Kogi West, Senator Dino Melaye, has accused the Inspector General of Police (IGP), of plotting to assassinate him under the disguise of arrest.
He raised this alarm through his twitter handle alleging that the IGP has concluded arrangements to arrest him “today (25th Dec., 2018) and inject” him “to death”.
Adding also that as part of the plan, the Kogi State Commissioner of Police has been removed. And the men to carry out the operation has been deployed.
