The new political rebirth of BENDE federal constituency in the scheme of things in Abia politics received a boost and blessing as the Abia first lady pays them a visit at BENDE.
The visit of the BENDE federal constituency also signifies massive victory for Dr CHIMAOBI Desmond ANYASO and other PDP candidates in BENDE federal constituency, across the state including H E OKEZIE VICTOR IKPEAZU.
It was indeed wonderful visit of assurance of victory to every PDP aspirants in BENDE federal constituency. The atmosphere was charged as the first lady, Dame Nkechi Ikpeazu, spent quality time with women of BENDE and all the candidates aspirant for any post in PDP from BENDE. She sang praises to God, prayed for her husband and all the aspirants. She exhibited her usual Goldheart and strong passion for humanity as Mama Abia.

The BENDE campaign was a thunderstorm as all the PDP aspirants where there present. She noted that the watertight unity of BENDE PDP leaders in 2019 and PDP ticket, BENDE federal constituency shall be duly harvested for 16 February 2019 national assembly election, during Governorship and House of Assembly elections. on March 2, 2019 respectively.
The wife of the governor appealed to registered voters to get their PVCs ready before election and also crosscheck with family and friends so that on the day of election it becomes smart and easy to come out early for accreditation and voting.
He stressed on the need for eligible voters to wait after voting, be sure their votes are counted and take further steps to protect their votes, pointing out that protection of votes is a civic responsibility and an integral action in the attainment of credible elections in constitutional democracies such as Nigeria.
PDP stakeholders, and Dr CHIMAOBI ANYASO told the mammoth crowd that they should do their best and wait for the new BENDE while it will be unfolding for the good of BENDE, and he further urge bende people that they should not be faulted by the fast decaying political parties in BENDE, adding that, no amount of intimidation and harassment by the opposition party will deter PDP from winning the general elections across board.
H E. Nkechi IKPEAZU said in her view that everybody stand a better chance of sustained infrastructure development, job and wealth creation if Dr CHIMA ANYASO is-elected. She urged eligible voters to vote all the PDP flagbearers and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for President and other PDP candidates.
She thanked all the PDP aspirants for their giant strides in good campaigning and urged them to do more for Abians and BENDE.
