The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Senator Mao Arukwe Ohuabunwa today hosted the Arochukwu LGA council of Ndi Eze Ogo at his Country home, Barracks road, Arochukwu.Speaking, Senator Mao Arukwe Ohuabunwa thanked them for Honoring his invitation and prayed God to also honor them also.
Senator Mao said that he invited them to thank them for their support and prayers for him and that of the PDP led Administration in the state under Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
Senator Mao also used the Medium to render the account of his stewardship at the Senate in just under two years and 8 months which includes! Reconstruction of Ugwuavo road, Barracks road, Atani Aro road/installation of solar streets lights, renovation and equipping of Atani health care center, Construction of Ndi Oji Abam healthcare center and water borehole, building of class rooms block at Amodu Ututu, Construction of a healthcare center at Uburu-Ihie, ongoing rural electrification Project at Ndi Agwu Abam of which transformer has already been mounted, ongoing reconstruction of Ohafia-Arochukwu road, water borehole at Amaeke Ututu etc. Senator Mao urged the royal fathers to keep on supporting Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and vote massively for all the candidates of the PDP because PDP is the only party that can bring peace, unity, dividends of Democracy and restore the lost glory of Nigeria.
Responding on behalf of other Ndi Eze Ogo, the Chairman of council of Ndi Eze Ogo Arochukwu LGA and the Eze Ogo of Ndi Oji Abam, HRH. Eze Uka Orji, HRH. Eze Charles Kanu of Atani Aro and HRH. Fidelis Kalu of Ukwuakwu Ututu thanked Senator Mao Ohuabunwa for all the good work he has been doing in Arochukwu LGA and Abia North in general, the royal fathers used the opportunity to restate their earlier endorsement of Senator Mao Ohuabunwa and All the PDP candidates.
They made it clear that they can not vote for APC that has declared war agaist Ndi Igbo.
