Appeal Court Grants Stay Of Execution to Rivers APC

The Portharcourt Division of the Court of Appeal has granted a Stat of Execution to the Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress over the Federal High Court Judgment which barred it from fielding Candidates.
