It was a moment of joy and Jubilation in Umuaku, Isuochi in Umunneochi LGA as the Good Senator representing the good people of Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa commissiond a 5 class rooms block he reconstructed at Umuaku high school, Isuochi.
Commissioning the school, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa said that he reconstructed the school to improve the learning condition of the students and in fulfilment of his promises to the people of Umuaku and asked the people to support his re-election for more dividends of Democracy to come, and vote massively for all the candidates of PDP in this coming general elections.
In their separate speeches, a stakeholder in the community and the CEO of Omenma Oil and gas Chief Ukaiwe Omenma, Deputy senior prefect of the school, the principal of the school eulogized Senator Mao Ohuabunwa for reconstructing the structure and prayed God to bless him and to grant him his heart desires.
Chief Ukaiwe Omenma also described Senator Mao Ohuabunwa as a listening leader and a good brother of Umunneochi who has the interest of the People at heart, he thanked the Senator for all the good work he is doing in Umunneochi LGA and promised to work hard for his re-election and all the PDP candidates.
Meanwhile Senator Mao Ohuabunwa also flagged off the Mbala water project to enable the people access clean water.
Earlier on his arrival, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa paid a solidarity visit to Umunneochi LGA council of traditional Rulers at the palace of HRM. Eze Prof. S. I. Nwankwo the ( Digbo 1 Of Umuaku) and the Chairman of Umunneochi LGA council of traditional Rulers where he was also unanimously Endorsed by the royal fathers based on his excellent performance so far.
Highlights of the event was welcome song/ address and cultural dance display by the students of Umuaku Secondary School while the event attracted the presence of Prince Chris Odinaka Igwe ( Okosisi Abia) the immediate past Executive Chairman of Umunneochi LGA and Candidate of PDP for Umunneochi State Constituency at state house of Assembly, Barr. Okey Philip Igwe, the Honourable commissioner for SMEs, Barr. Gabriel Igboko, the state Assistant Secretary of PDP Chief J. J. Okoro and other notable stakeholders.
