Rivers State Commissioner for Urban Development, Dr. Reason Onyia and Member Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Okpokiri arrested by the Military for being in possession INEC ballot papers, huge sum of money etc.
They were arrested during the February 23rd 2018 Presidential Election in Rivers State.
