The Supreme Court this Morning Dismissed the Suit filed by Chief Ikechi Emenike against the Candidate of the All Progress Congress in Abia State Dr Uche Ogah.
The Court Said his Appeal against the Judgement of the Court of Appeal is now Status Barred.
