Chief Godwin Adiele,of the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP,has been declared the winner of the Ukwa West House of Assembly.
He polled a total of Eleven thousand,Seven hundred and Six,(11,768) votes,to defeat his opponents,who polled; APGA:1744,APC:2992.
