Independent National Electoral Commission has declared candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Hon Barr B S Emerengwa winner of Ikwerre Emohua Federal Constituency.
Announcing the result of the assembly election,returning officer, said Hon B. S. Emerengwa of the PDP polled 90,646 while candidate of APGA polled 3514.
