A Port Harcourt high court has given an exparte order for the unconditional release of one Kenneth Opusingi from the custody of the Nigerian Army in Port Harcourt.
Opusingi is one of those arrested by soldiers during the governorship and state house of assembly election and currently being held at the six-division headquarters in Port Harcourt.
