Rivers State Governor, Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, his Deputy, Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, and 32 Members of the House of Assembly received their Certificates of Return today at the INEC Headquarters in Port Harcourt.
