A High Court of Justice in Jos Platteau State Nigeria Presided over by Hon Justice I.I Kunda has validated the Dismissal of Rev Yakubu Pam,Rev Meshack Samson,Rev Yohanna Dalyop Bot,Rev Deniel Billy,Rev Istafanus Ishaya,Rev Jonathan Daluk,Rev Samuel Damalak,Rev Gideon Fwnage and Rev Nandul Nnanjip all followers of a Dismissed Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of Gpd Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka.
The Court also ordered all the Followers of Rev Paul Emeka in Plateau State Nigeria to with immediate effect submit all properties of the General Council of Assembly of God Nigeria to the Registered Trustees of the Church under the Leadership of Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor.
The Court in its ruling on Tuesday 30th April 2019 in Jos warned the above Dismissed Pastors from further tampering with the Properties of the Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
