The Abia North Senatorial Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia has adjourned till May Thursday May 23rd 2019 for Commencement of the Pre-hearing on the petition filed by Senator Mao Ohuabunwa against the Electoral Victory of Dr Orji Uzor Kalu.
PUO REPORTS gathered that the pre-hearing which was scheduled to hold today Monday 13th of May 2018 could not hold because the First Respondent which is the All Progressive Congress has not been served.
The Tribunal frowned at Tue failure of the ballif to effect Service on the 1st Respondent.
But the 2nd Respondent and others has been served by the Court.
The matter was adjourned till Thursday 23rd May 2019 for commencement of the pre-hearing.
