A High Court of Abia State ,Uzuakoli Division has Ordered The Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies of God Nigeria to Immediately evict a Pastor Loyal to Rev Paul Emeka at Assemblies of God Church Uzuakoli 2 with Immediate Effect.
The Court Order is Sequel to a Suit Challenging the Removal of the said Pastor sometime Last Year by Policemen from the Zone 9 of the Nigerian Police Force Umuahia.
The Court also Ordered The Church to Go ahead and Recover all it’s Properties in Abia Allegedly being Occupied by Rev Paul Emeka and his Followers.
