Finally the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has issued Certificate of Return to Senator Elect For Imo West Rochas Okorocha.
It will be recalled that Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court had ordered INEC to Immediately Issue Certificate of Return to the Former Imo State Governor.
