The Delta State High Court sitting at Issele-uku in Suit A/127/2017 on Thursday dismissed the suit filed by Rev O.C Efejunti a loyalist of a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka in Delta state.
The Court held that the Supreme Court decision that held that Rev Paul Emeka was properly removed as General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria and Rev Chidi Okoroafor duely elected was sacrosanct and final as no other Court can reconsider what the Supreme Court has decided.
