Several people are feared dead while many trapped under rubble after a building collapsed in Abraka, Ethiope East Council Area, Delta State.
The building is a yet-to-be completed structure meant for a hotel which is located along Aghwana Avenue.
Although the causalities are uncertain but eyewitnesses say the incident occurred on Saturday morning following a heavy downpour.
According to the eyewitness four workers who had arrived early for the day’s job were trapped and feared dead.
However rescue efforts are still ongoing at the scene of the incident.
