True to the assurances of the Brigade Commander of 14 Brigade, Ohafia, Brigadier General Kumapayi that Justice must be seen to have been done in the unjust killing of Chimobi Nwogu, the killer of Chimobi Corporal Ajayi has been Court marshaled, found guilty and subsequently dismissed from the Nigerian Army.
A few minutes ago, the Brigade Commander in company of other top military men, handed over the murderer, Ajayi Johnson to the Abia State Police Command for prosecution in accordance with extant laws of the land.
