The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia the Abia State Capital has nullified the election of the Lawmaker Representing Aba South State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly Hon Obinna Ichita.
The court granted the PDP candidate, Hon Clinton Ebere ‘s prayer asking the court to upturn the 15 units cancelled during the last elections which are in his strong holds.
The court granted his prayers and ask the parties to go for a re-run within 90days.
