The Rivers State Governorship Election Tribunal strikes out the petition filed by the defeated Rivers State Governorship Candidate of Action Democratic Party, Mr Victor Fingesi.
The Tribunal declared that the petitioner lacks locus standi in view of the words of the petition, wherein the petitioner challenged his (petitioner) election, instead of that of Governor Wike .
Judgment on the petition of Awara yet to be delivered.
