The Owerri Division of the Court of Appeal on Saturday Upheld the Election of the Peoples Democratic Lawmaker Representing Bende South State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly Hon. Emmanuel Ndubuisi.
The Court upturned the Judgment of the Governorship and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal which had nullified the election and ordered for a Rerun in some Polling units in the Constituency.
