Some Criminal elements has hacked the Phone ,Whatsapp and Facebook Accounts of Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor,the General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria.
A Statement Signed by Paul Uche Nwaodu Personal Assistant (Linguistics) to the General Superintendent said the hackers has also succeeded in Compromising the contents on the Phone of Rev Chidi Okoroafor in a bid to use same for blackmail.
The Statement called on all Members of Assemblies of God Nigeria and the World at large to disregard any content which might be circulated in days to come with the name of Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor.
The Statement Reads in Part:
”This is to notify the general public that the WhatsApp account /phone number/Facebook of Rev Chidi Okoroafor.General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Nigeria was hacked and its content COMPROMISED .(introduction of strange elements in conversation)”
”The same hackers and their sponsors are now calling all the people in his contacts continuing their campaign of calumny and sending same compromised messages to them.This is a deliberate attempt on the person of the General Superintendent and the Church.
”Moreover, his Facebook account was also hacked and the same being used to solicit for funds from people on a so called tumor patient. Please do not be a victim of these scammers”.
